Building a Strong Project Management Culture

In a customer view any project is equally important,- meeting customer requirements is essential independent of project size and character. In a market situation where operating conditions can be perceived at partly confusing and chaotic with constant changes of conditions and deliverables it's important to maintain one template of execution maintaining a strong faith in our process to fulfil. We need to maintain customer trust and at the same time maximized the opportunities and seek the trends within our market. In such context it's important we build a strong project management culture throughout our organisation on a common template ensuring flexibility for project managers moving between projects but still recognizing the same values, tools and enforcement through the organisation.
