TeliaSonera meets the future with higher project competence delivered by Metier Academy

In order to maintain the position as a leading international telecommunication provider, TeliaSonera always work on developing to meet new challenges.
We have decided to make a real effort focusing on project excellence and have therefore decided to start the “TeliaSonera Project Management Training Programme”.

This strategic initiative will improve our ability to continuously choose the right projects and execute them successfully according to plan. This is of high importance to satisfy our customers and to grow our business. Professional and skilled employees within project management, program management and project portfolio management are essential for TeliaSonera’s success.

Our choice of partner is Metier Academy International and it is based on their in depth experience in project management, their learning approach and their proven track record with previous initiatives in the TeliaSonera group. The “TeliaSonera Project Management Training Programme” will target key personnel within the technical development organization and management in business area Mobility Services. It will be run as an integrated tailored programme combining best practice e-learning modules and class room sessions. The participants will be able to achieve University credits at the highest level and this will further develop our organization and enhance our competitiveness. The training will be focused on improving TeliaSonera best practice and the use of common methodologies and processes.
